Classification according to human, environmental and safety issues.

To respect nature and safety regulations, VRC does not use raw materials containing aromatics such as diesel, kerosene or similar mineral oils. All our release agents have a minimum flash point of 61°C.

We developed a product range for all kinds of concrete products. For every product here are at least 3 variations, based on the environmental and health and safety performances

	“Golden line”: fully bio degradable products, based on vegetable oils and surfactants. Flash point > 170°C
	“Silver line”: V.O.C. free and environmental friendly products based on vegetable an mineral oil and surfactants. Flash point > 105°C
	“Standard line”: environmental friendly products, based on vegetable and mineral oils and surfactants. Flash point > 61°C. These products contain V.O.C.’s

Classification according to concrete technology issues

	ON series : Immediate or wet release.
	AR series : Architectural concrete or dry release such as hollow cone slabs, beams, blocks ..
	DA series : Roof tiles, concrete or clay
	BE series : Protection oils for mixers, equipment ...

We have a product range that covers 90% of the market. Tailor made products are developed if needed. Fine tuning of standard products for particular applications is always possible.
